Pizzeria Bianco makes pretty much the best pizza you can eat in Phoenix, and arguably the best pizza in the U.S. Went with a group of friends and ordered the Rosa, and the Biancoverde. This is what they look like:
This is ROSA from Pizzeria Bianco. It has red onions, parmigiano reggiano, rosemary, and Arizona pistachios.
And this one is the BIANCOVERDE. Ingredients are fresh mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, ricotta, and arugula.
If you’re wondering Parmigiano Reggiano is different than standard parmesan cheese you can buy in the U.S. For a cheese to be called Parmigiano Reggiano it has to be made in Northern Italy and use a very specific recipe.
