BMW 760Li 2012

You’re looking at the brand new 2012 BMW 760Li. I just customized it on BMW’s website. It has a 6.0 liter, 48 valve, TwinPower Turbo V-12 engine that produces 535hp at 5250 rpm. The MSRP is around $137K but I went ahead and pretty much tried to build the most expensive luxury sedan I could get.

I went with the BMW individual composition which added the $6.5K, rear entertainment package for $2.2K, active cruise control for $2.4K, massaging rear seat for only $200, wood inlay steering wheel for $800, BMW apps for $250, night vision with pedestrian detection for $2.6K, wireless rear seat headphones for $120, carpeted floor mats for $219, wood selector for $182, cross spoke 312 wheel & tire set for $6.5K. Then you have the some taxes and other fees: destination & handling is $900, and the gas guzzler tax is $2.1K.

The total price of this 2012 BMW 760Li is about $162K. For the same price you can buy a 3 bedroom house in Phoenix in a good neighborhood maybe with a swimming pool. Other options include ten Nissan Versa’s, or even maybe ten Honda Civic’s.
